Joseph Butler (Lansing, New York, b. 1992) received a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design in spring 2015. He has performed in live painting events with Ithaca Underground and participated in a group art show in his hometown of Ithaca, New York. In 2018, his work was licensed with Warner Brothers for the Netflix series, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Butler’s work explores beauty in the grotesque and the various dark realms of the imagination. His work has been featured in publications such as, The Devils Reign II: Psychedelic Blasphemy, and various issues of the online art zine Kung Fu Breakfast. He currently lives and works in Columbia, SC.
